Droplet funktioniert nicht - Photoshop CC (22.2) / Win10

Hallo ich benötige umgehend Support,
Droplets funktionieren bei der neuesten Photoshop Version leider nicht mehr. Ich hatte zuvor PS CS6 installiert → dann CC installiert → PS CC Update auf neueste Version (22.2) und gleichzeitg CS6 vollständig deinstalliert. Seitdem funktionieren die Droplets nicht mehr. Aktionen funktionieren in PS einwandfrei, nur die Droplets nicht. Immer wieder kommt die Meldung "Droplet konnte nicht mit Photoshop kommunizieren". 
Folgendes habe ich bereits probiert, ohne Erfolg:

 

Ich bin hilflos, ich benötige die Droplet-Funktion für ein effektives Arbeiten. Kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir bitte helfen?

Run Ps as Administrator, then create droplet. Relaunch Ps (which may not need admin prevelige already).

    Ok, tried it exactly as you said and it worked finally!
    I guess it is super important to reinstall CC completely and then trying the step above again. Because I tried your suggestion already before I did the reinstallation, without success.
    Even 'old' droplets, created with previous PS versions, working again now. Thanks a lot!

    Reinstallation is not needed, but something I'm not sure what it might be, like relaunching etc
