DxO plug-ins in Photoshop CC 2019 and Mojave operating system

I use both Lightroom Classic CC and PhotoShop CC 2019. I can successfully use DXO Silver Efex Pro 2 in Lightroom but when I try to use it in Photoshop the plug-in opens and works but as soon as I try to return to PhotoShop post manipulation it causes PhotoShop to crash. There is no history of opening the photograph in Photoshop recent history. I am waiting a response from DXO but can anyone help?  I am not comput savvy. Thank you.

Dear All

thankyou for your helpful advise. i had contacted DxO support and they advised to uninstall and reinstal. I did this and now the DxO filters are working in Photosho. Regards M

I am having the same problem with ps.  I purchased DXO/Nik software and it was working,  but now it crashes.  I alrady have tried uninstalling DXO/Nik and still nothing.  Does anyone know by me uninstalling PS and reinstall would I loose all my actions and brushes?  If so, how do I export.  Do I need to export and save to install into my new PS once I install it?  Help!

Actually, I am still using the free version from Google and I'm on Mojave. The trick is to go into settings in the plug-in. Once in there, tell it to "Apply Effect to Current Layer", and not to create a new layer. Works fine for me every time. No crashes.

Do you have installed the latest version of the DXO Nic Collection? It's 1.2.18 at the moment. This version would be compatible with Mojave.
