Dynamic Link File Missing (Photoshop CS6)

Uhm, so I had this error and I didn't know my problem (an error would occur when I try to put in audio and it sucks), but now that I know the problem, I don't know how to fix it.

I'm missing the files that is like the dynamic link I believe in the adobe folder(? maybe?).

If I uninstall and reinstall cs6 would I get it?

This has nothing to do with the files being actually missing, this is something on your computer blocking them/ preventing access. Since you haven't provided any actual system info we can't tell you more than that. Reinstalling and running the program with sufficient user permissions may be a good place to start, but extra steps may be necessary, regardless.
