Ciao a tutti. Ho un problema con la nuova versione di photoshop 2021 con il filtro effetti di luce: si apre il pannello di controllo e gli effetti , ma non appaiono i cursori per regolare le luci sull'immagine; praticamente restano le luci fisse dove sono ed è impossibile fare qualsiasi regolazione non avendo la possibilità di spostare i faretti

Lighting effects is part of 3D and both are being discontinued from Photoshop. Use Photoshop 22.2 if you need 3D or lighting effects. Details here:

Try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps
