Everything grayed out when opening form lightroom

When trying to edit  a picture from lightroom into photoshop all fiters etc grayed out

    This is a known bug in Photoshop.

    As a workaround, disable the Home screen in Photoshop in Edit > Preferences > General, and/or make sure Photoshop is running before sending the file from Lightroom.

    Lets get some basic information first: What is your OS and version?

    What is your Lightroom version?

    What is your Photoshop version?

    Are the filters also greyed out, when you open an image from Photoshop?

    Is the GPU use enabled in Photoshop?

    I will move this from Adobe Creative Cloud​ to Photoshop​ to start with.

    Up to date cloud version ...using Lightroom classic CC and Photoshop CC

    Re installed both

    GPU enabled

    Graphic processor utd

    32 gb memory with 200 gb SSD and 2 terabites hd
