finding a saved over version of pse...can I recover it ?

Rest is a weapon, drop dead tired is not the best state to be in when creating ...

I spent a few hours working on page 1....then when needing to go to page two...thought I had saved (maybe I did)..created page two ...maybe I saved over my page 1 when wanting to do a save as...instead...

at any rate can't find anything in history...is this dumped when pse is closed?..trying to look backwards in time for my finished version all the while thinking I'm going to have to recreate the whole damn thing

    Did you save a backup as you progressed?

    Yes thinking i had a saved a version, but deleted most of the layers, i was using a few on the header for page two, then saved over it...i guess.

    Which wouldnt have been terrible , but im not seeing anything in the history, which seems to indicate ive closed the program too.

    When you close a file all history is lost permanently. All you have is what's actually in the file.
