Font rendering issues

New Here ,

Hi,

I am having a few issues with Photoshop cc.

When I am working with the big text, parts of the text disappears, or the letters do not render. Also when I tried to export it as a jpg, not all the letters are rendered out. Do you know if Adobe has a solution for this?

Thanks in advance!

Best,

Sharon

Hi Sharon.

I would first recommend you try using a different Font and then troubleshoot your Photoshop and System Font following Troubleshoot fonts issues in Adobe Photoshop CC, 2015, 2014, CS6, CS5 that might be interfering in Photoshop.

Regards,

Akash

I have the same issue and it is specifically when using the Photoshop "Faux Bold" in my character settings.  This is not an issue with the font itself as suggested by Akash, it is an issue with Photoshops font rederer.  Does anyone know of  a solution?

Thanks Akash,  I'm asking the question because I don't want to have to uncheck the faux bold.  Knowing where it is, is how I figured out that was the issue.  The font I am using is not damaged (already ran all the checks) and doesn't have its own "bold" version which is why I'm using Photoshop's faux bold in the first place.

The issue happenes with multiple fonts on my system and I am asking if someone actually knows how to fix the issue with Photoshop's font rederer so that I can use all of Photoshop's functionality whenever I please since that's what I pay my licensing fee for.
