Frame tool aspect ratio is always maintained

So I found this bug where I am unable to transform my frame after initially making it.

Even after unlinking the width and height, it is still maintaining that ratio.

Hey!

That's the way Photoshop CC 2019 works now. You can hold Shift to unlink width and height

By the way, I have to mention this:

I assume that you have used Ctrl-T to transform. In that case, you have to hold Shift to unconstrain proportions. When you do this:

- Select the Move Tool, then check "Show Transform Controls" in the Options bar

- Then click on the Frame thumbnail in your layers panel to select the frame you want to scale and try to scale.

When you scale now, Photoshop wil scale with unlinked width and height by default...
