Getty Images Extension suddenly missing in Photoshop 2020

I have downloaded and synced my getty images extension (which always worked) to the new Photoshop 2020 but cannot find it in the drop down menu anymore. It no longer works. My other apps Illustrator and InDesign 2020 all have the extension. What is the issue? I have a Windows 10 computer and am on an Enterprise account. I am having troubleshooting this issue.
