Google WebP format plugin doesn't work for me

I did install the plugin for reading Webp images format on Photoshop from here enter link description here, it's working. but I want to edit it and save it webp again. When I chose this format for saving, my output is only a transparent image with format webp. why? How can I do it

    Look like its for CS5 and CS6. Is that what your using? Does Photoshop menu Help>Systen Info show it loaded OK? Is Webp shown in file types pull-down menu in open and save file dialogs?

    Oh, I'm sorry I forgot to mention What is it my photoshop version, I use CC 2015.

    So it look like something installed into CC 2015

    From what I read WebP is some Google perposed image file format.  In  Photoshop File Open ad Sace As Dialog in the File Type pull down menu do you see an item for WebP?

    I seems to be able to save and open file with the extension WebP.

    However Chrome does not display the webp image Photoshop saved???

    The webp file I saved from Photoshop was also larger than the jpg  file I save from Photoshop.

    I removed the plugin....
