Graphics tablet Photoshop pen cursor calibration probelm

Hi,

I have a Huion H610 Pro graphics tablet, and whenever i try to draw with the pen, the paint doesn't come from the cursor but about 2 inches below it. When I draw with my mouse it works fine. I do not have this problem with Illustrator, or other software, only Photoshop. I have tried reinstalling Photoshop and reinstalling the drivers and it still doesn't work, what is the solution?
