Greyed Out Menus in Photoshop CC 2019

After updating to Photoshop CC 2019 all drop down menus are almost totally greyed out and cannot perform basic function like duplicate layers or adding layer masks. Does anyone have a cure for this or a way back to the CC 2018 version which worked fine?

Thanks

That's a known issue with files coming from Lightroom. A fix is in the working.

In the meantime, have Photoshop open before sending files from Lightroom.

Updating would also work. This bug was fixed in 20.0.2.

I am having the same problem, but do not use LR.  I open files directly through Bridge or Adobe Camera Raw into PS CC 2019.
