history brush tool is not working

when i try to use history brush on the layer mask brush tool is not working, before i was saying that could not use history brush because the history state lacks a corresponding layer and i think i fix it but when i try to use it, it is not working. you can see my screen here. please helppppppppp

      Your screen shot does not show your History panel. In the first column, be sure to select the history state you want to paint back in. It’s possible that you may have an earlier state chosen that is before you created the layer mask.
