Holding pen on screen no longer opens brush menu since 2020 update

I just updated PS to 2020, and now when I hold my pen on the screen in one spot, the brush menu no longer opens like it used to. How do I fix this?

Not using a tablet, have a Surface Studio Pro 2 (touchscreen w/ surface pen).

The brush popup is a setting for right-clicking the mouse (or using the pen as a right click, when held). This would not be a Photoshop setting, but a part of the pen settings in your Surface Studio Pro 2. Tell the pen setting that a long press would be a right click.
