Actually, I have an existing animated gif but I have to enlarge the size from 931 to 951. (this because I have to import into a CMS, which required images with a minimum of 950px with

I opened the animated gif with Photoshop 20.0.9. All images are in timeline, but I can not select "Make Frame from Layer". I may have missed a step.

Could you remind me how to export/create an animated gif?

Many thanks

Hi

I would say any adjustments to the size of the images should be carried out before you start animating your gif.

Here is a link that may help you:

Upscaling low res images is not usually recommended because it introduces artifacts.  But 20 pixels probably won't be too noticeable.

Go to File > Export > Save for Web (legacy).  Change width as required and constrain proportions.  See screenshot.
