How can I download older versions of Photoshop on IMac?

I have an IMac with "OSX El Capitan" on the official adobe site I cannot install the family, unfortunately the latest mac update is required. which version could i use and how could i install it? Thank you!

In the Creative Cloud app, click the 3 dots beside photoshop>other versions and from there you cna view and install older versions.

It appears that you might be able to run PS 2018 on El Captitan. It's not available on the Creative Cloud app as another poster suggested, but you can try ProDesign Tools to see if his link still works:
