How do I set the keyboard shortcut for precision mode?

By default, the keyboard shortcut for precision mode is "caps lock". Is there any way to rebind this? The precision mode that shows the size of the brush needs caps lock to be turned on. But when I go to name my layers, I need to turn caps lock off each time, which is slowing down my workflow.
