How to apply liquify to ALL frames on a video clip

I've searched the forum for an hour and I cannot find an answer to this question.

How do I apply liquify to ALL frames on a video clip? The only way I have been able to do it is to go frame by frame and hit CMD F to apply the previous liquify action to each frame. Isn't there a way to just apply it to all frames?

If I choose an adjustment layer, it only lets me change certain features, but liquify is not one of them. Does anyone have a tutorial on this? I've also tried turning the layer into a smart object, but I still have not figured out how to drag the "altered video" change across the entire clip (all frames).

Good tutorial, but liquify was grayed out. I was trying to do it in CS6. I wonder if this feature does not work in CS6.

Ok, I just tested it in the newest photoshop and it works. Thanks! The problem was CS6 does not seem to support it. But I have both.

LATEST
I am glad the option is working with the latest version. Photoshop CS6 being a very old version is not be capable of applying Liquify to the videos using the face aware feature.
