how to plug in Textile Designer

Hello. I bought  ”Adobe photo plan" in Photoshop2020 today. I want to use Textile Designer, But I can't install that. Display shows me this message. Please see attached. 

"I am sorry. This link is no longer valid. Please contact the program administrator. If you need help, please contact Adobe Prerelease Support."

Could you tell me how to install that please? 

I want to use  Textile Designer.

Adobe is ending the Textile Designer beta program, and it is now closed to new enrollments. The current version will cease to function at the end of June 2020.

Adobe is evaluating what the future of this plug in will be.

Yeah thats true, disappeared in 2020 but yet any new about the plug in? Udemy offers online course about how to use the extesion, and there is not possibility to download
