There is a way using the upper screen removal tool :

Seriously, in an image with only one layer the pixels are a single colour. There is no further information stored in the image to reveal.

It isn't done. As I said above, in an image with only one layer the pixels are a single colour. There is no further information stored in the image to reveal.
