How to simulate hand drawn/wavy line

Is there a way to make a straight line drawn with a brush look hand drawn with some wavyness to it? I want it horizontal (i.e. I'm holding down the shift button as I paint) but am hoping for some variation so it doesn't look so formal, like in the attachment here:

Good day!

Illustrator may be a better application for this but you could try using Filter > Displace with an appropriate two-channel Displacement Map in Photoshop.

Naturally as a Smart Filter.

As an additional randomisation effect one could use the Minimum Filter on a copy and apply a noisy/cloudy Layer Mask.
