How would you creat a hologram planet in photoshop something like these ?

Hello i would like to ask

How to do something like these : Redirect Notice these : Redirect Notice or these: Redirect Notice. With photoshop a step by stap. I am trying to figure it out for quite some time so I would like some pros to help maybe if they know how they would do it. Maybe not with an earth map but some random planet.

You will find images of planets on NASA's website. They are public domain and can be used for commercial use.

That said, the first image is a 3d sphere with its vector paths visible. That should point you in the right direction.
