I can't see guide line..

This is my setting and my photoshop version is 22.0.1.

When I turn symmetry on, There is noting but blank. My guide line is missing.

Just I can't see guide line. Symmetry is fine.

How can I pix it? I need help.

When I use "magic wand" and click white background, something wrong.
