I can't use Save for Web in cc 2018

After finishing a gif by photoshop cc 2018 and export a gif file. I choose File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy) but the text is grey and can't choose to use

Thanks you so much, when change from 32 bit to 8 bit, i can use Save for Web!!!

Hi

Have you tried resetting PS preference

Reset Pref.jpg

I assume your Image > Mode is set to RGB Color

If resetting preferences doesn't help you may need to reinstall PS

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Can you post your system info, go to Help > System Info and copy and paste it in this thread

Yep 16 or 8 bit did the trick... was limping with Ctrl+Shift+Alt+W but not same as Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S (Legacy) works just fine... legacy... am I getting old here, what do they mean by that... LOL
