I can’t write Armenian

I usually use Photoshop. I need to work with the Armenian fonts and write on layers. Somebody can help me with this problem?

Was anyone able to find a solution to this problem? I can follow steps do fix it in Photoshop, but Premiere Pro is still a problem.

First be sure your computer's OS, Mac or PC is set up to read and input Armenian.

I don't know if this a complete answer, and I don't even know if you'll be able to make sense of it as it is all in English, but it does cover changing keyboard, and enabling Middle Eastern type features in Photoshop.

Although I don't know much abut Armenian language, however it is not considered as a Middle Eastern language in the sense of RTL direction and the special controls that comes with that requirement.
