I have a problem with Photoshop CC 2018

Hey, as I told you I have a problem with the latest version of Photoshop (basically I am not sure if there is a problem with the version or with my PC).

So, my problem is that, when I am opening a .psd file and I am on fit screen or 100% or fill screen the quality is just getting altered, but if I am on fit screen and just zoom in the quality is as good as it should be... Can you help me because seriously I don't know what to do! Thank you!
