I need help locating my downloaded Adobe Stock files

I want to import Stocs files to Photoshop and cannot find them on my computer. Using finder, I am trying to navigate to "Library" but I do not see that in the path shown by finder.

Hi

There are several "Libraries" on the Mac, but none of them are correct, including the one you found. You should find the images in two places by default:

  • The Downloads folder in Finder
  • The Creative Cloud library — in whichever is the "default" Library

You can do a SpotLight search for AdobeStock > Find All and look for all files with "AdobeStock" as part of the name, then move them into their own folder in Finder.

In Photoshop, go to Window > Libraries to open that panel, and look in each libray if you have more than one. You can move assets from one CC Library to another.

I try to put my Stock images in their own folder in Finder and also in their own library in CC Libraries. I forget a lot, though, so I simply move them into the proper places every few weeks.

Let us know if this works or you need more info.

~ Jane
