So all of my default photoshop CC brushes (hard round, etc...) work compeltely fine, but every brush I download that is a .abr file behaves in a bizzare way. It happens to all of them especially after i resize my brush.
I have no idea what caused this but it has been like this for a couple weeks now. I'm using a cinriq 16 with updated drivers. I've reinstalled photoshop and it still persists.
Not sure what to do this is really frustrating.

I can't find anyone with this same problem. Also i'm on Windows 10.
