I am a new graphic design student who is learning everyday. What I have not learned how to do is how to import font from my computer into Photoshop. I purchased font folio essentials from adobe with my personal account. Now I cannot figure out how to get it from my computer to in photoshop. I believe my issue may be that I have a personal adobe account and also a school adobe account that is managed by my school. Please help because I am required to have these fonts and I would like to use them in a project I am working on now.

If you can't make it work at the system level, the Help link at the bottom of the Adobe Font Folio web page suggests visiting the Adobe Type user forums.
