Just lost all my saved Templates

New To Photoshop (had it for about 2 months). I tend to work on similar sized files, and therefore save my files to the SAVED section.

When I logged back in just now, all my saved dimensions are gone.

How do I restore, or find my work?

P.S - was just speaking to support team live and they recommended I do the following to fix it.

Search for the file name "Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 prefs.psp" and rename it to "Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 prefs.psp.old"

I did this, and then lots touch of the support member Garima - now I'm stuck

Help - I like the platform but can't waste time inputting all of my custom dimensions and settings each time, slows down output.
