Kanvus Artist 127- Pressure not working in Windows 10

Hello Everyone

I have a user that has a Kanvas artist 127 , and Photoshop is not picking up the pressure on the Pen, it has a small Exclamation mark next to it,

It has worked for a few seconds and then nothing again.

I cant find any newer drivers for it, does anyone have any advice?

    What version of Photoshop what API does your Tablet support for pen pressure? The tablet and Photoshop need to use the same API interfacing with each other.
