Keep photoshop window minimized while opening

Hello,

Not actually a problem or a bug, but if something can be done about opening Photoshop on Windows:

When I open Photoshop, it actually takes longs seconds to be really opened. So I work on others windows while it open, but Photoshop's window keeps focusing X times, interrompting my work and that's really annoying.

I don't know if it's possible to keep its window minimized while opening ?
