Kyle Brushes Please help

So YES I'm able to download the brushes. these brushes work for CS and CC Adobe Photoshop CC | Download exclusive brushes from Kyle T. Webster 

The problem I'm having is when I download the Concept brushes they don't install for CS5.5 even though it saves it's compatible with CS5 and up.

How do I get the correct file for CS5.5 Concept brushes?  When it says it works for CS and up.

Does anyone have a link for the CS5.5 version of the Concept brushes so that I can download them.

This is not an issue of supporting CS because it works perfectly for CS 6 when my kids download them.

The issue is the downloadable file on this page is missing the version for what it says it works for. which is CS5 and up. (see images.)

It says it works for CS5 and up.  Can some one contact Kyle T. Webster or the persons in charge of the brushes rather it be for CC or CS they just need to honor what it says it works for by updating or providing a link to the versions that it states it works for.

Adobe in your acquisition of Kyle brushes it seems you uploaded only the CS6 and up version to the download page...Can you please honor that It states that these brushes work for Photoshop CS5 and up by providing a link or updating the download page so I can use these amazing brushes by Kyle. that he made available for all Photoshop CS5 and up users to use.

Please help!!!!
