Layers disappear

Hi everybody,

I have an "interesting" problem with my Photoshop CC.

Sometime when I am using my photoshop to work on a webdesign project, my layers disappear. Not in my composition but in the layers window.

I can make them come back when I use the select tool with Ctrl + click, but only one by one. The only way to avoid this problem is to close my psd file and to reopen it, it is a little bit swelling...

Did you already seen this problem and do you know how to solve it?

My conf : Mac Book Pro no-retina 15" with BootCamp Windows 8, Photoshop CC.

Thx a lot.

Sylvain

Does this have anything to do with the new Isolate layer feature in PS CC?

Go to Layes > Rasterizer > All Layers. They will all reappear. It happened to me all time and each time, I started the project all over again until today I accidentally found this way to see all my lost layers again. Cheers!

"Go to Layes > Rasterizer > All Layers"

    Hi

That is not a good solution at all, and could, in fact, create problems that could not be reversed. It cannot be recommended.

That my be caused by the graphics card driver problems that windows 8 has.

Does it make any difference if you set the Advanced settings to Basic or uncheck Use Graphics Processor under Edit>Preferences>Preformance

    and then restart photoshop cc?

Updating the graphics card drivers also might fix the problem.

Have you updated photoshop cc to version 14.1.2?

    Reset the photoshop cc preferences?

Curious to know, since you have photoshop cc, why your not using the mac version of photoshop cc?

    Hi R_Kelly,

I reinstalled Windowsand and all my softs recently, so I believe (I can fly ) that my graphic card is update. But I will check.

I will play with the settings to see if it is better.

I am using Windows because we work a lot with Sharepoint and Office suite at work... And on Mac Os Office suite is just horrible
