Hey I have Photoshop CS6, and I'm trying to make my background blurry. But when I go to Filter > Blur, lens blur isn't there. Help?

A quick search of the issue indicates that this happens from time to time. You might want to try the last step in Zaid Al Hilali's post: reinstall the software.

Here is my CS6 filter menu—you are missing a number of other filters as well.
