Library empty

I have saved a lot of things in my libraries, but now it's completely empty. None of the color maps, logos or anything remains anymore. Where could it have gone?2018-07-17_12h15_34.png

Now the library works again, thanks to Adobe's staff who looked at my computer remotely.

I'm logged in on my account, last week I had problems with Creative Cloud and got help from Adobe with that.
