I want to create a light blue to a dark blue background for an image.

I have attached a sample. If anyone has any tips on how to do this it would be greatly appreciated. Is it a simple function? Is it say 200/300 boxes with different

shades?

Sample the light and dark colors and place them in the foreground and background swatches, select the gradient tool and drag it to go from laight to tdark or visa versa depending on the orentation of the foreground and background colors.   Simple!

    Hi

Where are the background and foreground swatches located? How do I get it to populate  with the increased gradient?
