Log in trouble.......?????

For some reason my photoshop wanted me to log in, before it would edit my photo....never had to do this before, it always opened up in edit, and that was all I had to do. Of course I forgot that info, its neen well over a year, or longer....I was planing on searching for it, but today I get a email saying my password was changed.....WHAT?

I did not do that. I went to the Adobe site and got a new password, but now it says I only have a 30 day trial sunscription.....what happen to my account......HELP?????

did you have a school \ student account perhaps something like name@schoolname?
