Spent the weekend getting Big Sur downloaded and installed and working with multiple 27" monitors. Photoshop only opens an inaccurate mask onto a small portion of the document you are trying to open (or even create) a file of any flavor.
Shortly after noting this behavior an update to Photoshop seemed to clear up the problem, but it was back the next day.
