missing dll file error when using photodownloader

I I'm not sure what has happened since I upgraded to 2017 version of photoshop and bridge.  When I put my camera SD card into the reader I get an photodownloader.exe error the program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing also file MSVCR100.dll
