Missing MSVCP120.dll file

I "accidently" deleted this file and now Photoshop CC 2018 wont open.

It says I must download the MSCVP120.dll file.

Can anyone please tell me where to find this file, or do I need to re-install Photoshop CC 2018? (It took us forever last time)
