All you need do is create mockup templates that comply with my four simple mockyp rules. Then use my scripts to populated them. Mockup templates are easy to create. You do not need to script anything. There are many Phone templated you can download from the web. If they do not complay with my four rules they can be edited and changed to comply. download Phone mockup

I simplified your template. Add a layer mask so replacement Object would not have to be preprocessed round. Your template's smart object Smart object is 502x502px your replacements are 1000x1000px so the script will need to resize your 1:1 1000x1000px image to 502x502px. So I used my script's Edit option so replacement would be edited into the object not use replace content.

I just masked the smart object layer. I Ctrl+Click on the smart object layer content thumbnail in the layer palette to load the layers transparency as a selection, then Clicked the Add layer mask Icon in the bottom of the layers palette to add it as a layer mask on the targeted smart object layer. Then I removed the link Icon between the layer mask and the layer's content thumbnail for they should not be linked. If to try some operation one the smart object layer Photoshop will give you a message they can not be linked,

My script require a simple to populate mockup. Four simple Rules. You did not use the help button and read the four rules to make them how to use my scripts. It would take less then a minute to make your mockup into a simple to populate mockup. However I took longer for I did not like that your smart object was a placed jpg file. You object has a 3:5 aspect ratio short side is .6 the long side 1500x2500 72ppi a Placed Jpeg. You smart object layer was transform for Phone case that has a .5 aspect ratio. I do know if it was a constrained transform or not for the aspect ratios are different. Your replacement image would have been a better fit if it was 1250x2500@72ppi. I do not like Object to be Jpeg when when my scripts Edit options is used. For replacement need to be flatten so the work document can be save like the original jpg mockup object. Therefor, transparency would not be possible in replacement the replacement need to be flatten so Save will work with edit object. So I saved your Jpg object as a PSD file then I used replace content to replace the object in your Template. Then I made your template easy to populate so it can be populated with my scripts.

You are you own worst foe. The best way to learn is to download free templates and see how other have created mockup and determine which ones you find easiest to use. All I needed to do with the one you posted was the do a ctrl+J to duplicate your smart object layer that would share the object your smart object layer has. Then move the copy to the top of the layers stack and turn off its visibility to make the Mockup template easy to populate. If you not read help and instructions how do you expect to learn anything.

My scripts are very simplistic. They can only populate mocksup that are easy to populate. Only the Top Smart Object layer on the layer stack will be updated. The first none smart object layer stop my Script populating process and a jpeg is saved. There must be a queue of replacement images for each of the smart object layer that will be populated. Once the Jpeg is saved the mockup will be populated with the next set of replacement images.
There is no standard way to create mockups create a template that works well for you. Take advantage of Photoshop features. If you want to automate processing you meed to create mockups that are easy you populate or be a expert Photoshop script programmer and program a custom script for each mockup you create

I am still not able to complete this. When I am flattening the file all images get merged and changes in simple file. I am also not getting the point how to use replace object content. I request you to please share all the steps in screenshots so i can follow it. I hope you wont mind.

I posted how to make your template usable with my scripts. Suggested you read the help and download Templates to see how Photoshop user create templates for their use. There is no standards for templates designs.
My toolkit can not populate Complex very customizable templates. My Toolkit supports two template Design that were create to be populated with my Toolkit's Photoshop Script.
You can be very creative creating templates. However you need to stay within my two four rule guide lines. If you want to be able to populate your templates with my toolkit scripts. Both template design my toolkit supports have very concise Template structures, I classified one design as Collage Templates and the other Mockup Design. Actually you can user either design to create Product Template or Collage templates. The differences between the two design are the two Template structure and what is supported. Both template design has four basic rules the are easy to comply with. The resulting templates can be populated with automation one way with my toolkit's scripts. If there are many customizations options a layer can be customized with during a batch run only the templates current layer customization will be used. Populated templates can be saved as populated PSD file the user can then tweak using Photoshop to change individual layer customization.
The First Design Collage Template does not support Populating Smart Object layers. That is because replacement image need to be exacty the right Asoect Ratio, Size, and resolution as the object in the template for the Smart object layer's Object transform and warp to work correctly. I wanted to be able to use any size replacement and did not want to require the user to pre-process all replacement images to ensure the images were the correct size for their respective smart object layer. My Collage template design simply relies on Alpha channel with particular manes doe the collages images to be populated. The Alpha channels map the image's location, size and shape in the collage. When developing my scripts i did not know Photoshop only supported up to 53 Alpha. Therefore, my Collage design is limited to 53 once I discovered this Photoshop limitation. My Collage scripts also do not support Image rotation and warping. For Template would require the use Smart Object Layer for that type of support. My Collages scripts simply Place in the collages image over the required Background layer as Smart Object Layer, Then the scripts transforms the smart object layer to size and location them masks it to shape. Because my Script knows the images location and size they can optionally stamp placed images with special file names stamps. Collage scripts also optionally add layer stie to all placed in image layers and also add a layer style to text stamps layers.
The Four Collage Rules:
1.) Size the photo collage templates for the print size you want - width, height and print PPI resolution.
2.) Photo collage templates must have a Photoshop background layer. The contents of this layer can be anything.
3.) Photo collage templates must have alpha channels named "Image 1", "Image 2", ... "Image n". These map your images Location Position, Shape and size.
4.) Photo collage templates layers above the background layers must provide transparent areas to let the images that will be placed below them show through.
The Second Design Mockup Templates only supports Smart Object Layer on the top of the templates layer stack. My Scripts are simplistic. They use replace content to replace the template Smart Object Layers content that are on the top of the templates layers stack. A queue of replacement Images is required for each smart object layer being replaced. The layer my not be visible in the composite. However. other layer in the template that share the object will be visible in the composite. All object that need to be replaced must be on the top of the templates layer stack. If the replacement images are not the correct size the image will not work correctly ins the mockup. So the script has an option to Edit replacement images into the Smart Object. Images the are the correct size and images that are the incorrect size will be fitted to the template object and the object will be update with a correctly size image. However, all smart object are not Photoshop object. Top Smart Object layer that contain Camera RAW file would open ACR UI which is not appropriate for a batch process, and Vector Smart objects would open in AI and could not be edited by my script. So my Scripts will bypass populating smarts object layer that contain RAW and Vector Objects.
The Four Mockup Rules
1.) Simple Mockup Templates Only the Smart Object Layer on the top of the Template layers stack will be updated then a Jpeg file saved.
2.) Only Photoshop Objects are support in the top smart objects layers. They cans not be Camnera RAW object or Vector Smart objects
3.) The first None Smart Object Layer near the top of the layer stack Marks the end of Smart Object Layers the will be updated.
4.) The Replacement Image Collection need to be in sub folders named obj0, obj1, obj2, .... objN. Each folder must contains the same number of replacement Image files.
This is not rocket science. Templates need to be simple to be populated to be used with my scripts

Hi JJ,
Thanks for explaining it but i am not use to of photoshop and its technical terms.
The best way for me if you share any short video or step wise screenshot that you did in my mockup file.
So i can understand it.

I do not create video... I showed your mockup template with a layer structure that can be populated with my scripts. I show you my script's dialog setup to populate your mockup template. The first filed set to a folder containing your single mockup template. The second field pointing to a folder containing the replacement object collection. That folder contain a singke smart object replacement folder queue obj0 for the single smart object layer in your template that contained the collection of replacement image for the smart object layer in your template. I showed the content of that folder queue of replacement images. Some PSD files a RAW file and some jpg files the had various sizes. Because some replacement file were not the same aspect ratio, size and resolution as the smart object in your template I checked the script's edit option so the scrip would fit images to the template's smart object. The third filed pointed to the output destination folder. The screen Capture also include the Sctipt's output processing message the number of templates processed. The number of times the mockups were populated with your designs and how much time was required to do all the processing. I showed the Output destination folder showing the jpeg file create your mockup populate with various designs. I suggest you read the help and look at templates other have created to get a ideas for creating template. The are not hard to create. The ball is in you court Study it.
