Monoprice tablet pen pressure not working

Hey everyone. So I'm experiencing a very frustrating problem. I have a Monoprice 10x6.25 tablet with 8 hot key, and Windows 10. I just installed Photoshop CC. No matter what I do, my pen pressure will not work. I have shape dynamics on and set to pen pressure. I've tried reinstalling my tablet driver. I've tried turning off and on Windows Ink. I've tried restarting everything and unplugging my tablet. I've gone into my driver settings and ran as administrator. I've tried going into my active devices to turn off and on my tablet, but my tablet is not listed in the devices.

Please help! I need this to work for school! I don't know what else to try.
