Title says it.  The move too has disappeared from the toolbar.

Hi

Your cursor has to be in the right place, or the panel won't move. See where it's marked in red. Workspace basics are in this Help file. Scroll down to "Dock and Undock Panels".

I tried that, no help.   The list on the left says the tool is there.

I think I've figured out the proplem but don't know how to fix it.

The Options Bar has come unmoored from the Menu Bar and has move down covering the Move Tool.  But I can't figure out how to move it back.

"The Options Bar has come unmoored from the Menu Bar"

Hi

For an FYI, the way the options bar became a floating panel was by dragging the icon marked here in red. To dock the panel again, just drag it back into the drop zone (you will see blue lines). Resetting the current workspace will also re-dock all of the panels.

The first thing I tried was dragging it.  It wouldn't move

Could it be hidden behind the Artboard Tool? Any icon within the Tools panel that has an arrow in the bottom right corner has other tools grouped with it. These other tools can be revealed by clicking and holding on that icon.
