My JPG is saving out as a GIF?

Good morning Photoshop world!

I'm having a bit of a problem when I export my work for web as a JPG it says GIF on the left bottom hand corner? The quality of my artwork/picture are pixelating. Is here a reason for this happening? Maybe a setting?
