I'm using Adobe Photoshop 2020 (21.2) version on my Macbook Pro 15-inch, 2018 (2.2GHz / Graphics Radeon Pro 555X 4GB).

Everytime I'm working in photoshop, the board turns gray with every action I make.

It's so much of a bother, coz I can't see the changes properly.

Does anyone have a solution for this? or has experienced similar issues?

I was having a similar problem except that the artboards were turning gray whenever I'd interact with a different monitor. I went into the Graphics Processor Settings (Photoshop -> Preferences -> Performance -> Advanced Settings... button). I remembered that when I first came here (before I had the artboard issue) the 30 Bit Display option wasn't selected. I had been playing with some of the settings when I first installed Photoshop and I changed that option.

I unchecked the option, restarted Photoshop and the problem went away. 🙂 Granted it's only been a few minutes now, but it was happening consistently before and now not at all. Hopefully, that helps.

The problem came back. Sorry to get your hopes up. It wasn't happening for a solid 10 minutes, but now all the time again.

C'mon Adobe... anything?
