Need help with an animation in photoshop

Hello!  I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to apply a motion to a group of frames for an animation that i'm making!

I'm currently using photoshop to make animation because I don't have access to the other adobe programs for animation.  The final product will look something like this, but with an effect applied to the dice in front of the characters:

I've animated the die so that they change to the different d&d dice to the beat of music.  Everything so far has been successful, but my biggest issue is that I am unable to add the movement effect to the dice group.  My work space looks a little something like this:

There are multiple layers for each dice frame, and they are all grouped together into one big group, and a video group.  If I were to merge the group the other frames would be lost and only the first frame will appear.

How can I apply a motion pan to the dice group so that all the layers move in one movement, rather than me manually editing the pan of each layer?  Is it possible to add a motion pan to a group?
