Neural filter crashes

Hello,

I know its a known issue, i tried all the proposed solutions but nothing work:

I updated PS to the latest version, i tried enabling or disabling the GPU acceleration, nothing works.

I also tried to delete and restore the plugin folder, didnt work either.

as soon as i try to load neural filters, i get an empty alert that only has "cancel". after i click it photoshop crashes.

I'm using windows 10, all drivers are up to date.
