PS won't let me create a new doc, I can open projects but not start a new one.
It was ok a few days ago when I was working.
Just today no new doc menu.
I have done a reinstall and followed some things online to try.
Any help would be great.

When you reinstalled. Did you reset your preferences? Have you tried using the CC Cleaner tool?

Which version of Photoshop and OS?How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?
Does this happen on all projects or just one or two?
Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences?
I'm using the new updated PS, I pay sub for it. I'm on the up to date windows. This has only happened today. I can open any old project, like the one I was using 2 days ago. It just won't let me start a new doc.
I have tried resetting.
