Oil paint filter

Am wanting to install the oil paint plugin on photoshop. Have downloaded a thing called GreycShop , but it will only work on Windows and not Mac.

                   Is there anyway i can get around this please.

      Am currently running Photoshop CC 2018 on Mac-High Sierra.

to use the oil paint filter Select Filter > Stylize > Oil Paint

just in case there is also a stand alone version that you can download Download AKVIS OilPaint: Software for Mac and Windows

In order to use Oil Paint

your Graphics card must support and have OpenCL enabled.

Go to Preferences > Performance and see that it is checked on:
